- Downgraded hotels — “3-star” promised, cheap guesthouses delivered.
- Hidden costs — many price lists quietly leave out the guide’s own accommodation and fuel, which can add up to around $100/day onto your final bill.
- Third-party bikes — older, poorly-maintained machines rented from someone else, with cheap oil and no accountability.

Bikes are serviced on a strict schedule using premium oil, so they’re trail-ready every single day. Breakdown guarantee: if your bike ever fails, we swap it for the same type so your adventure keeps moving. Support bikes and a mechanic can be arranged depending on group size.

Your safety is planned, not improvised. Every tour runs with experienced guides and mechanics on hand.
Our routes are surveyed and updated every year to keep you away from crowded tourist traffic and on the safest, most scenic roads.
Quality accommodation
We hand-pick top-rated hotels and scenic homestays — chosen for their views, comfort and genuine reviews, not just the lowest nightly rate. Authentic homestays are part of the experience, but capped at no more than 20% of your total tour days, so you always get proper rest.

This is where AZ stands apart. With bases in Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An and Saigon, you can start in one city and finish in another — pick up in Hanoi and ride south, or fly into Da Nang and loop the Central Highlands. Most operators tie you to a single start/finish point. We don’t.
